Well-known author to speak about "Ghosts of Bethlehem"

Senior Adults Gaining Enrichment (SAGE), an outreach program of Penn State Lehigh Valley, will host author Katherine Ramsland on Friday, October 2, at the Corporate Learning Center in Bethlehem, PA. Each SAGE session begins with coffee at 10:30 a.m. The featured speaker begins at 11 a.m. and lunch follows at noon.


During her lecture, "Bethlehem's Most Haunted Places," Ramsland will talk about the mechanics of ghost hunting and how she collected tales about local haunts that revealed the Lehigh Valley's rich history.


Dr. Katherine Ramsland is the author of 35 books, including two about the area, "Ghosts of Bethlehem" and "Murder in the Lehigh Valley." She chairs the department of social sciences at DeSales University and teaches forensic psychology and criminal justice. She has been featured on many television programs, including Montel Williams, Larry King Live, Today, and 20/20.
