New Staff Members Welcomed
Several new staff members have joined the campus community at Penn State Lehigh Valley.
Heather Culp of East Stroudsburg began her duties as Bookstore Manager in September. Heather is the former bookstore manager at Penn State Abington.
Eileen Grodziak of Allentown has accepted the position of Instructional Services Specialist in the newly established Digital Commons, a university-wide initiative to help enrich students’ educations by creating digital content for their coursework. She received a B.S. from the College of St. Elizabeth, Morristown, NJ. Previously, Eileen was a technical assistant in the Bethlehem School District.
Jessica Kirkwood of Bethlehem has joined the staff as the Coordinator of the Career Counseling Center. She will provide career-related services to students including career exploration, choosing a major, how to write a resume/cover letter, and how to prepare for an interview. She will work to facilitate internships and job searches for Lehigh Valley students, and will be the primary contact for students and businesses in the greater Lehigh Valley area. Jessica holds a B.S. in Psychology from Penn State University and a M.S. in Counseling from Shippensburg University. Prior to this appointment, Jessica served as Student Affairs Coordinator at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
