Corporate Structure Financing is Topic of Lecture
Lisa M. Sloan, a Shareholder in the Corporate Securities and Structured Finance Departments for the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will present Corporate Structure Financing at 1 p.m. on October 17 at
Penn State Lehigh Valley. The event, which is part of the Penn State Lehigh Valley Faculty Lecture Series, will be held in the Atrium of the Fogelsville campus.
Sloan has nearly twenty years of experience in complex business transactions, including infrastructure financing and national and international securitizations for the financial services, communications, real estate, and natural resources industries. She has worked on securitizations for a wide range of clients in different capacities including issuers, servicers, trustees, underwriters, and sellers into securitization conduits.
Sloan earned her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law where she received a certificate with honors from the Parker School of International Law, and her A.B., cum laude
, from Bryn Mawr College. She is a member of the New York Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
