Dates announced for R.A.D. training for women
Dates have been set for Penn State Lehigh Valley's previously announced spring Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) training program. R.A.D. is a comprehensive program for women that will be taught by a nationally certified R.A.D. instructor. The program aims to teach techniques, tactics, awareness, and risk-reduction that can aid in self-defense. It is open to women Penn State Lehigh Valley students, faculty and staff.
R.A.D. classes will be held on Apr. 8, 15, and 22 from 3-7 p.m. Participants must be able to attend all three classes.
There are 18 spaces available on a first-come first-serve basis. To register or for more information, contact Cindy Nguyen at firstname.lastname@example.org or 610-285-5042.
