Stressed out? Workshop offers help.
Student affairs is sponsoring a stress workshop at 12:15 p.m. on October 22 in room 205 at the campus in Center Valley. The workshop will assist students, faculty, and staff with determining the signs of stress and appropriate ways of handling stress.
Two campus counselors will present the workshop:
Dalton Rumfield, M.S., N.C.C., L.P.C. – Rumfield received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Kutztown University. He then graduated from the University of Scranton with a master's degree in community counseling. He is a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Tammy Yocum-Cwienkala, M.S. – Yocum-Cwienkala received her undergraduate degree in public relations and marketing from Shippensburg University. After working as a marketing consultant for The Morning Call newspaper, she continued her education and received a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Chestnut Hill College. She gained experience in group therapy, family therapy, and crisis management working at Lehigh Valley Hospital Adolescent Transition Unit. She is a member of The American Psychological Association (APA) and The American Counseling Association (ACA). She is currently working towards her license in professional counseling.
