Degree audit workshops announced
The Division of Undergraduate Studies has announced three workshops in March for students to learn about the degree audit process in time for fall 2009 registration.
A degree audit enables the student and his/her adviser to assess academic progress and unfulfilled baccalaureate, associate degree, or minor requirements. The audit is a valuable tool for academic planning and course selection, because it matches the courses that the student has taken with the requirements of his/her degree program or anticipated program.
"A degree audit can only help you if you know how to order the correct audit and if you know how to read one," says adviser Barb Long. To illustrate this process, Long will offer workshops on the following dates:· Wednesday, March 18 at 1 p.m. in room 130 at the Lehigh Valley campus in Fogelsville · Monday, March 23 at 5:30 p.m. in room Q at the Corporate Learning Center in Bethlehem · Wednesday, March 25 at 5 p.m. in room 130 at the Lehigh Valley campus in Fogelsville
Space in each session is limited. Students are asked to RSVP for the session they will attend by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
