Supervisor Series for HealthCare - Level I: Supervisory Roles & Responsibilities

This series focuses on building leadership skills based on the mission, vision & values of their organization. Participants will develop their own leadership philosophy based on their organization’s mission, vision & values.  Participants will also learn the key skill sets needed for building successful relationships and learning the how to for effective communication.
