How do I make a reservation?

Penn State Lehigh Valley is hosting London 2009 in partnership with Arawjo Tours. To reserve your space today, contact Kevin Arawjo of Arawjo Tours at 610-865-4816. If you have questions regarding alumni relations, contact: Stacy Hamm, 610-285-5064.

How do I get to Newark airport?

Transportation will be provided for all PSU alumni passengers to and from the Penn State Lehigh Valley campus to Newark Airport. Shuttle service will depart the Fogelsville campus at approximately 3:00PM on Thursday, April 16th, 2009. If you wish to provide your own transportation, here is a link to the Newark Airport Parking website.

Is there a price for a single occupancy room?

The single room supplement is $219.00 for the five days.  The base rate of $1099.00 is based on double occupancy (two to a room) per person.

What are the travel requirements to enter London, England?
U.S. citizens are required to present a valid passport that will not expire while you are in the United Kingdom. U.S. citizens are not required to secure a visa in advance of travel to the country for tourist or business visits to the United Kingdom of less than six months in duration.

What is London’s weather like in April?

London features a changeable, temperate climate with typically English weather. An enormous capital city, London offers some of the area's highest temperatures, influenced by its concentration of large buildings in the city center, which absorb much of the daytime sunshine. The normal daily temperature changes in April in London are between 54 degrees and 37 degrees Fahrenheit.

Where will the alumni reception be held?
